re: Help with printers
I know that HP ( and possibly other similar manufacturers ) make sheets of what appear to be A4 paper, but you print a mirror image onto them, flip them over, and iron them onto a t-shirt etc and bingo.. I've done this myself and the results are good, if not robust for long term use (half a dozen washes and the colour is almost totally faded)
As for printers, I have an Epson R300 with which I am very pleased. Ink is cheap, it can take a roll of A4 width paper for very very long prints - and I paid £99 for it about 2 years ago, it can probably be had for less than $100 now.
