Be careful. Someday the State Department leaks will reflect negatively on a Democrat administration.
One questions whether or not the State Department is infested with a few individuals who take every opportunity to undermine the US foreign policy.
With that said, I think this was a purposeful leak where in the Bush admin used the Leaker and the NYT like a cheap whore.
