As for your question, I answered it once already in another post by referring to this survey, but I see you've moved the goalposts from "support attacks" to "who would actually participate in a suicide attack?"
How the hell many people does it TAKE to actually perform a suicide attack to create untold damage? Start with 19, and see what you get.
I have also made plenty of references to the writings, pronouncements, philosophical statements, and all the rest of the output of various radical Islamic leaders, stating in no uncertain terms their long-term goals. That didn't make much of a dent, either.
