Spirit finds Grondine balls
I guess you haven't heard the news from Oppotunity yet, Raoul. The spherules are impact condensates, just as I told eveyone here when they were first seen, amid the usual deluge of watery Mars nonsense.
Not only did I correctly analyze their formation mechanism, I also provided images of Earth analogues. While technically they are spherules of condensated impact plasma, having been the first to correctly identify and demonstrate their formation mechanism, I am claiming naming rights: they are "Grondine balls", not "blueberries".
