I can't think of any missions for this. Is my imagination that bad?

I don't think we would have done something like this for Mogadishu or for Iran hostage.

If you want fast and stealthy, then it would be a lot cheaper to pursue dropping of troops from B2s or SR-71s at high altitude. Then you might be able to afford enough troops to do something meaningful with.
