Is getting your spacecraft back. No way can you cram enough fuel into this kind of thing to make a round trip through space, although I think I could come up with something that could fly out under jet power. If you have a runway handy.
I did some SUSTAIN work for a proposal, and I suspect that the key is to have whatever you fly over there essentially disposable, and probably self-destructing.
Getting the Marines extracted is another issue, but Special Forces deal with this a lot already.
