Calling a disaster a disaster is bias.

Did you ever wonder why respectable people with reputations on the line would come up with those numbers?

Did you ever think it was ridiculous to blame the messenger for the message?

Revising history, spinning the present, and denying the obvious is a conservative trait. Rational minds tend to rebel against such things.

Conservatives are great at selling bridges. (Look at Ted Stevens!) They can look you in the eye, and claim that ONLY 100,000 or 200,000 innocent people have died, not for Halliburton, not for oil, not for GWBs ego, but for freedom and liberty. And that they should be goddamned grateful they are now free. Except for the foreign troops shooting them up. At will.

They ARE free. Nothing left to lose. Janis Joplin, as written by Gordon Lightfoot, I believe. And conservatives don't care.
