Apparently religiously brainwashed teenagers being handed rifles do not an army make. Regular Eithiopians forces have them routed. Mogadishu could be more of a problem, but it seems likely the bad guys are soon done for... for now.

The scenario of having proxies fight the wars for us is remniscent of the Cold War. Maybe Bush can learn something here.
