"Look up greer and his undocumented lies" means this in a subject line when it comes from you based on the history of your interactions with Lindy:

"I've read your post and once again Lindy, you show yourself to be gullible and moronic because you don't know all about this subject that I do."

In my opinion, she's perfectly right to assume that's what you're saying since just about everything she's ever reported that's a bit out there and away from the mainstream thinking has brought some disdainful reply from you and it turns into an indictment of her character and mind.

I'm as much of a skeptic about flying saucers, wild conspiracies, and the like as you are but Lindy and I are respectful to one another. The world is more interesting to me when people look at things differently and have offbeat points of view as long as those individual's views don't threaten health and freedom.

I'm not asking you to never engage in debate, just to have some clue about human nature while you're doing it. Habitable Zone is a much more pleasant place to visit if it's not this big den of testosterone. Without Lindy and Mary Anne, it's pretty much all guys anymore. It's not just that I'm looking for some 50/50 split between guys and gals. It's more that we need diverse personalities and some of those are going to be sensitive about being over criticized and will leave if badgered. To tell you the truth, if you guys succeed in making the place some bastion of machoism and Mensa bores, I can't see much reason for caring anymore.
