And we're discussing that because of the inane comment.
It does illustrate my motivation behind questioning the post in the firtsplace. Was the 2000 number really bunk or were the numbers from the DoD piece syntactic acrobatics to hide an ugly truth. Ultimately, I have no problem believing the DoD numbers.
For all the friendly posts we've had on this topic, my first two questions to disambiguate those two terms, are still unanswered. I'm sure it's nothing
though.
