So does that leave YOUR old fall-back as "The actual numbers are just fine and jollly - 500 limb amputations, 7400 battle-caused injuries, over 3000 deaths - hey, we've got lots of soldiers!"

I know you don't really feel this way, but by getting so upset over inflated numbers it makes it look like it.

And by the way, what do you make of the UN report indicating that almost 35,000 Iraqi civilians were killed and over 36,000 wounded in 2006?
