re: History rewrite again
I haven't read any book by Terry McAuliffe, but as the chairman of the DNC at the time, has a heck of a lot more reasons to try and rewrite the history of that election than even you do. Particularly regarding Kerry's role versus his own.
I note that McAuliffe is going to be the strategist for Hillary.
I would like to see any analysis of Kerry as an "inadequate candidate" from Democrats here that precedes the election. I am well-aware of the post-election hindsight. It's still like pulling teeth to pull up old posts here (the Zone is immune to most search engines), but this was typical.
