Below is a link to a five star 90 minute video that was aired here over our Sci-Fi network. It interviews mostly military brass and discusses only high level, unexplained cases. It ends with the French COMETA REPORT that was released in it entirety a couple of years ago. It will tell you where a copy is available, although I don't believe it's been published in English yet.

Some of the interviews in this video are stunning.
Especially the one about the nuclear silos at Maelstrom Air Force Base.

As an aside, I once worked with a fellow from Belgium a few years back, and he was in the army and they were out on a nightime exercise (I believe it was 1991 during the "flap"), when he saw the huge black triangular craft with lights on it's corners and one in the middle. He didn't really know much about ufos or how common the sightings were except for some newspaper articles at the time. He said it was huge.
