Whoever thought that hair-brained idea up should definately be punished. This is after 9/11 and the anthrax attacks. And this is not funny.
And the finger on the packages. I guess the guys who thought that one up have been smoking too much pot, because they KNEW it would cause panic. If they thought THAT was funny, I hope they sit behind bars for a bit and pay for their stupidity in heavy fines.
