At least you have THOUGHT about it and have made other plans. Most people I know that live on the west coast are completely in denial and have NO plans for evacuation.

We are possibly in that time range where massive changes COULD take place. That's why I'm up in the mountains now and left Florida behind, for I felt I would be safer here; it was a "soul urging".
I hope my kids will wake up and eventually join me.

I think Florida is going to be too hot to breathe, with too many terrible storms, leaving it disease and crime ridden in certain areas. With 8 million people in one concentrated area, if a major disaster hits, they'll spread out like ants and consume the remaining rural areas.

And if there IS a disaster down there, I'll be set up and ready for my kids to come stay with me.
