Is that on the same computer?

If one has a 32 bit CPU with XP, are you talking about upgrading to Vista on that CPU?

If you had a 32 bit CPU, transferred data to a 64 bit CPU, could you then upgrade to Vista?

I guess what I'm asking is if it's XP that can't be upgraded into Vista or if it's the CPU which can't handle it.
