CG Killed the Sci-Fi Models
Take a look at how budget aware the film/TV producers are today and they demand FX as the mainstay of production, full scale mockups made of TOS shuttles by Dean Jeffries made then would be unheard of today with the intricate and effects laden shots. Saw snippets of the Babel episode with SPOCK et al at the shuttle bay, of course another shuttle putin and the background jazzed upin color and graphics. TOS/ Classic is the way to go!!!!
