If you didn't get a chance to watch the video I linked to in the first post, give it a try. It's fairly long but VERY impressive.

Cruise at 140 knots (30% over stall speed) 400 ft above the ground, dropping 24,000 gallons of water or water/retardant... full load is apparently still 150,000 lbs under max take off weight.
