I just think it's easier for someone who will have no direct contact with the war zone, to commend whatever's going on there.
It's a hell hole. We are NOT winning.

They'll have a hard time getting out of the country, or even getting organized with our intelligence. They'll happily stay there and fight the good fight whith their long time rival neighbours.
