Orange Fireball
Just saw an odd meteor/bollide from my backyard. (9:24 pm PDT)
Bright orange. The color of a traffic cone, but almost welder's torch bright.
No visible tail or contrail. First caught my eye about 45 degrees above due SW, and followed a SW trajectory all the way to the horizon. Brightness did not diminish as it approached and crossed horizon. Seemed to move very slow for a meteor.
Pretty cool. Maybe space junk?
