A note about HZ Standard Time
The time of your observation is relevant, so I should mention that the server seems to have missed the shift in the start of Daylight Savings Time. Your post was marked 8:43 when it should've been 9:43. What's your latitude? (i.e., for those of us also on the West Coast, would this have been an LA or a Bay Area or "other" observation?)
