I'm sorry, but why have Robby(?) the robot from, (yikes) Lost In Space welcome visitors to the official NASA site? This started last week when I visited the official NASA site and AFTER I answered an on-line survey where I, and I'm sure many others, commented on how well the site was being presented, etc.

The site was fine, read and looked better than ever! Unless, they wanted to make it more kid-friendly, but Lost In Space? (cringe)
