LOL

First off, Germany was far from being prepared for war in 1938. France could've taken Germany by itself during that time period had they chosen to. Germany was barely prepared for war in late 1939. The Wehrmacht was planning for war in the 1943-44 time frame, and was completely thrown off guard by Hitler's plans in 1938 and 39.

In fact, French troops did invade Germany on Sept 7, 1939 with 9 divisions and 700 tanks, but pulled back out of the Saarland due to a lack of nerve. They thought the lack of resistance on the German's part was part of a trap. The truth was that most of Germany's army and airforce were engaged in Poland, and their Western border was largely undefended.

Don't get into an argument with me on WWII history, you will lose.
