So far we've been hauling this prediction along since last fall, when everyone insisted it would be the "October Surprise" for the 2006 elections.

Remember, we're talking an all-out attack on nuclear facilities and such, the infamous "Operation Bite," not some possible copter mission to pick up a crashed air crew or something.
