Israel is a US surrogate. I left out the Kurds.

The US could attack Iran through Israel. An Israeli attack is as good as a US attack. Israel wouldn't do it without US support and encouragement, and undoubtedly would get massive US guarantees. Which would be mighty expensive, by the way.

The US could easily find it's way into retaliating against the Iranians after an Israeli attack, which would get you off the hook. I don't think that would be fair.

I did, though, leave out the US attacking Iran through the Kurds, which it's doing now, by the way.
