Cutting out of Iraq, changing leadership, and condemning the U.S. was supposed to make this All Go Away...
Of course not!! Nobody believes that. France also is threatened.
If it were to happen, the first thing would be to find where they came from, arrest all the others involved who are inside the territory, require Interpol to get the others, have them extradited and if that is not possible, infiltrate them using locals who speak the language....
But by NO MEANS involve troops attacking a sovereign country.
