Saddam and al-Qaeda, hand in hand attacking the US (black) OR
the present chaos (white).
I believe that's your position, is that true? That a minimal occupying force can disband the civil infrastructure of a country, allow the looting of all government offices, hospitals, and utilities, and expect stability? That this was all part of the post-war plan?
If not, where is that wrong?
