The children coming up now have their problems, many of them connected to the lack of social contacts on the personal irl level, but they are very much into fixing the things they see that are wrong. Not so much the idealists, but the workers.
They multitask, they have to be plugged in all the time.
Financially, it's tough for our 20s, but they are making progress. They work as groups, but many of those groups are invisible to those of us who are older, because their conversations are mostly electronic.
Their tastes are ecclectic.
Re: Woodstock III, take a good look at the vendors. "Summer of Love", it was not; "Summer of Gouging" is closer. It was hot as hell, and those bloodsuckers were charging an enormous amount of money for drinking water, which was only available in quantity bottled. Sanitary facilities were inadequate. The customers were treated like cattle. Now, that doesn't excuse lack of manners, let alone criminal vandalism, but you know, when people are treated with disrespect, the response is often disrespect right back.
