Maybe "Chad's" pulling our leg....?
I went back to the first report, with the excellent photos, (missed it the first time) and it almost looks staged. If it were me, I'd be looking for a shotgun to bring it down and call all the newspapers. I think this guy has figured out a proto-type and is flying it himself.
Otherwise, it would be all over the news.
