Linda Moulten Howe has been digging up dirt for decades now and she gets conned every now and then. She often discloses things as she finds them, and takes us along on her investigations. But she HAS released some very important information, as she's there on the spot.
Other researchers claim she steals their material for her books and news site, but she DOES eventually exhaust all leads to put the story together. She has been used by the Intel community for some of their psy-ops programs and has been doing research on the cattle mutilations for decades.
I put her photos up in the hopes we'd find out what this thing is. I don't think the images are photo-shopped, but I believe this is a home built device being remotely flown. Perhaps the inventor didn't want to be identified.
Would you like to offer an opinion that gets closer to the truth of what it could be?
