re: Finishing up an Iraq War documentary
It must be really exciting to be so closely involved in such a great project. (though I'm sure there are tedious parts, too).
My younger daughter was interested in film-making for quite some time, but was discouraged when some of the people she spoke to in the business told her that it takes a long time to get established. Too bad, as she is very creative and has a flair for compsition, editing, camerawork, etc. But she may go back to it at some point.
Best of luck with it all (do you say "break a lens"? "break a film"?) and please keep us posted. When and where do you hope to have it aired?
