I think Gore would have closed our borders, sent out representatives to ALL countries to organize a united front on the terrorists (just Al Queda back then), and spent a small fortune ramping up our security at home.

We would also have a larger and better trained army by now of willing volunteers to protect our country, not just some 18 yr. olds waiting to kick some ass.
