That would be a weird coupling. But it probably wouldn't bring too many more Democrats on board than a straight GOP ticket.

Thompson will probably run with someone relatively unknown though and will probably ditch anyone associated with the current administration. A 'Quayle' with better credentials and speaking experience.
He'll give them a screen test first. ;-)
