Cetaceans are intelligent beings

ds — 6/13/2007 2:02:04 PM (archived)

At the risk of sounding hippy-dippy, almost all cetaceans are intelligent
beings. Killing them is murder as far as I am concerned.

Just because they do not look human does not mean they are not smart
and aware. If anything, it should mean they are smarter than us.

Japan and Norway are bad enough about this, but when the so-called
nature and peace-loving Native Americans start using their "traditions"
as an excuse, forget it.

When the big black cigar from space comes calling and no one answers,
it will be too late to say I'm sorry.
