re: Another glacier story
On every mountain I've been to, which isn't all that many, the glaciers are disappearing. The maps are often significantly in error, as they will have you walking up a glacier which is not there any more. Very often in error. And the older the map, the more in error.
I have heard tales of bodies and other debris showing up, though that does sometimes anyway, as the glacier moves down.
I have not seen or heard of one which was growing.
Limited, anecdotal evidence. Not claiming in this post that it's man-caused, am claiming that it's happening.
