You're right about the long waits for "service".
Just went through that myself.
What you have are a lot of workers, some with very little knowledge or experience who THINK they may know something and like to exert their power, without doing their homework.
I worked as a pharmacy tech for years and can tell you there's a big difference from the counter people running computers, to visiting pharmacy techs who read off of different computers. Sometimes a prescription is entered wrong, sometimes the strength is wrong and sometimes they get a mix-up like you did. What actually was 90 pills for one month, the tech probably wrote it up as 30 pills with two refills.
It doesn't happen that often, so..........you just got a tech who believed you and wasn't in the FDA mode, and saw you were "probably" right and just avoided the hassle. He was friendly.
Being blonde helps.....;~) Glad something went right for you today.
