Face it, 25% of the people will support the President no matter what. Look at Bush.

Congress was expected to clobber Bush, but has shown more interest in taking care of our troops than has their CinC. Therefore, they have voted to continue to fund the lost war.

Which is pissing people off.

Bottom line is that the people expect more of Congress than they do a known egomaniacal wannabe dictator.
