Wrong. Again.
This is about a lot more than Iraq. This is about cynicism, and a party that promised great changes if they won, only to dive into the pig trough, look back at the voter, and say "what the hell is YOUR problem?"
Cynicism with the government is at an all-time high.
Republicans aren't happy with their party. Democrats aren't happy with theirs. I have stated a number of times that independents are going to be swinging a lot of weight in future elections, and I stand by it.
The picture is a lot bigger than the single-minded one you paint. Again.
