This has been posted, reported before and during our stay in Afghanistans and while in Iraq. Haliburton has been the hoard in all of this as far as most are concerned, yet they have given more electric power to the Iraqis.

You know, bottom line, if you're in the petrol business, you're a pig in someone's eye. It doesn't matter if it was Haliburton, Shell, whoever.... they'd be saying the same thing (in the U.S. and nothing about overseas petrol companies. Venezuela, anyone?

Until we come up with something better that's the way it is and it has nothing to do with Iraq.
