Those numbers are not accurate and you're wrong. And no, I'm not going to spend my time dragging charts over here. I lived in England. Their tax burden was a helluva lot heavier than the US to the extent where people thought twice about going into business because of the weight of the tax burden. They figured they better off as workingmen and women. Now, the UK truly did tax the wealthy to death. And everyone else with them. All brackets got hit but the highest got hit the hardest.
