I never did watch the whole movie. I know it was supposed to be excellent but I have always detested Liza Minelli and refuse to watch her. Her mannerisms are a bit too practiced. Judy Garland was great. her daughter a pale reflection. Joel Gray, while a great performer, has never pulled me into a movie. I'd probably love to watch him on stage, though.
