Learn To Do Stuff Like Ths On Mars
It's the potential main benefit of terraforming Mars to earthlings IMO. It's a real known and quantifiable possibility in terms of what it takes to get done. The potential exploitation of Martian extremophiles for novel enzymes is a second potential big payback of Martian exploration, but the jury is certainly out whether or not life exists on Mars.
