What world are you living in? Gay guys are freaking pervs who'll use any venue to engage in sexual acts. Public restrooms are common grounds for them. George Michaels was caught in a park restroom as was "Boy George". Marti Gras is a major gathering spot for them, and gay pride parades are also a prime example of obscene and perverted behavior.
