In my time I've been in mall restrooms and roadside rest areas which have been taken over by folks wanting to engage in homosexual activity. As with many groups, the larger numbers have emboldened them to the point of aggressiveness.
Were they female prostitutes, high school kids, gangs or anyone else behaving that way it wouldn't be OK. It's a worthwhile use of police.
