I believe I addressed that. Unless you think the critical benchmark in this conflict is whether or not U.S. civilians can move around freely in Baghdad. I can think of a few U.S. cities where an outside civilian wouldn't want to be out on the streets, either.

And frankly, you have no better idea of what's actually going on in Baghdad than you do anywhere else over there.
