Is this direct shares in Halliburton, bought by him, or, as is more likely, does some mutual fund he owns happen to own shares in Halliburton (along with shares in a hundred other companies)?
Makes a big difference. I mostly invest in widespread mutual funds myself, and I probably own shares in almost EVERY major company, including Halliburton.
