If NASA withdraws from ISS before Orion becomes operational...

Then this won't happen..

If NASA, as mentioned in a thread below, withdraws from the ISS in 2015, then the Orion won't become a spacecraft used for the space station..No need for a special docking device on ISS for the Orion, neither is there even a need for an Orion spacecraft carrying more than 4 astronauts....
This will seriously limit Orion's capacities
