Israel pulled all its settlements out of Gaza, and gave it to the Palestinians, who promptly settled down to killing each other when they couldn't get at any Jews. Some settlements on the West Bank were disbanded, but I don't know how many. Certainly not all of them by any means.
The history and lack of success of the Oslo Accords pretty much requires no comment.
Does anyone really think that pulling every Israeli off the West Bank and ceding it to either Palestinian faction would result in peace?
