Many of us know your pain, having suffered through some of Micro$ucks ..... 'Customer Service'.
To which I add, I have purcgased/obtained three (yes 3!) full copies of XP, unopened, in the box. When I build a new box, which better be soon due to aging of my current kluged mess. It gets XP, no Vista. When XP support ends, then I go to LINUX
