The most important take-away from today’s conference for folks concerned about climate change is that the magnetosphere and radiation create desolate worlds.
No... the lack of a magnetosphere strong enough to shield the atmosphere creates a barren world... and that WILL happen to the Earth when the Geo-magnetic dynamo grinds to a halt, but that is not anytime soon... nor does it have anything to do with the rising global temperatures.
